Formula for 3 IFs then use a specific INDIRECT

First Table (Authoritarian and Egalitarian) references from a part in my sheet. They do not meet the requirements so hence they are both false at the moment.

Governement Selection needs to be if BOTH are FALSE use the Governenment_Lists_, if Authoritarian is TRUE use the Authoritarian_Ethic List and if Egalitarian is TRUE use the Egalitarian_Ethic list. I would be very grateful for some help in this matter.

Formula is Solid, but it is not addressing the INDIRECT part so I can use my drop down list

thats because you have not mentioned the indirect requirement other than in the title
