Formula find the average of positive Hours based on multiple criteria

Hi guys

am Having little doubt how to go about this, finding the average of the positive hours and to ignore the negative hours based on criteria

from my table i have the Criteria List G, H which i need to find the average positive for each monthly and ignore the negative hours

Appreciate with a solution for the formula
