I am getting the #NAME ? error with the formula listed below and am not sure how to fix it? I am using the same formula on another sheet within the same workbook and it is doing just fine.

=IF(COUNTIFS(CA Data!I:I,CA Temp!H2,CA Data!G:G,CA Temp!F2)>=1,1,0)

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
It's probably your sheet names, when there is a space in a sheet name, you have to put apostrophes around it.

Try
=IF(COUNTIFS('CA Data'!I:I,'CA Temp'!H2,'CA Data'!G:G,'CA Temp'!F2)>=1,1,0)

Welcome to the board.

Going off the formula you posted, I would say it's the spaces in your sheet names. You need to surround sheet names with spaces with ' ' (single quotes).

=IF(COUNTIFS('CA Data'!I:I,'CA Temp'!H2,'CA Data'!G:G,'CA Temp'!F2)>=1,1,0)
