Formula en años, meses y días

Saludos.

Estoy necesitando una formula (no macro por favor) que me devuelta como resultado el tiempo trabajado por una persona en años, meses y días respectivamente. Tengo una formula que funciona pero es bastante compleja. Agradezco cualquier ayuda que me puedan brindar.
