Hello Excel Gurus!

Hoping someone could help, or provide some guidance on this ask. I've searched online as well as on this forum, but haven't quite found an answer to what I'm looking for.

What I'm trying to do:

- use historical data to better forecast Service Level for the upcoming week.

Data I have:

- I have the formula we use to calculate SL, as well as daily historical data for the previous year (2015), including Forecasted Call Volume, Actual Call Volume, Amount of Calls Answered within 2 min, and Abandoned Calls.

I'm trying to see what variation/manipulation of data I could use to get a bang on calculation for Service Levels for the upcoming week. I've tried taking a daily average (average of the above variables, for the year, however there it didn't seem accurate).

Would anyone have any suggestions, or ideas on what I am trying to accomplish? There are tons of other variables available, if you think I should consider additional variables and wants to suggest.

Thank you.
