Hi,

I have the following sheet that tracks system downtime at outlets.Column H to U is the business opening and closing hours. I need to tag as Yes or No if the start and end time for downtime is within the business hours of the outlets.

For example, on Feb 19, there is a system downtime in Houston outlet. The downtime started on Saturday Feb 19 at 8.30 pm which is within the business hours of the Houston outlet and therefore should be tagged as Yes.

Is there a formula I can use to automate this ?
