Formula bar is missing

Can anyone help me find out how to add the formula bar in ACCESS,

and

My ACCESS is showing "
.accdb (Access 2007-2016 file format)

...is this the current version? It looks like its from the past?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

the latest version is M365 which is the subscription version of Office. The latest build is 2311

This is an Access question, no? I was not aware that Access has a formula bar. It has no need for one?
As for 2007 - 2016 it simply represents the range of years that the accdb file format has existed, starting with 2007. It seems your 365 subscription of Access is build 16 (2016) as is mine.

@Micron @alansidman thankyou for that very basic/beginner piece of advice.
I am obviously new to Access, and seemingly found an incorrect webpage and went looking for the wrong option.
