Hi, I need to customize the form options. I know how to add the form option to my ribbon. I know how to create all the table headings. My first two headings are Date and Time... I need the form to auto populate these fields and then the next two fields, I need them to keep the same info unless manually changed. Is this possible?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
