I hope this is the correct channel. I have in Microsoft 365 started with a blank excel worksheet. In the worksheet I clicked, insert and then Form. The Form opened and I started to add my fields. Did a preview all looked good. Went back to my spreadhseet and ther is a Tab caled Form1 which is what I expected. However, it has not added my fields the the spreadsheet. I have done a refresh and it shows it a Sync with the form automatically but the only columns appearing are the default ones?

What am I doing wrong, I have watched a few videos and I am following the instruction but my added fields in the form are not showing :-(

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
