How do you copy the format of worksheet into a new sheet with only keeping the layout of the specific sheet?

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
select the sheet - the square box between column A and row 1
that selects the entire worksheet

copy

goto new sheet A1

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

Another option might be to copy the entire worksheet and then delete all the data from it, leaving the formatting, columns widths etc.
