Formatting with blank corresponding cells

I had a question about leaving cells underneath the corresponding cell blank even though they still equal them. I do this for readability, but it makes filtering difficult. Any help would be great, thank you.

Question is, should I just fill in the blanks or is there a way to filter while maintaining the grouping?

IMO fill-in the blanks. It will make everything so much easier & simpler.
Data is not meant to be "pretty".
