Hello. My first problem is I don't even know what word to use in order to ask, so an images better than words trying somebody help me.

as you see -- Commodity Description and the other names are in a way that nobody can change or delete, I was looking at the visual basic editor there are nothing there, so
how can I do the same anywhere, plus in the white space I am able to write anything, is cool tool for me.

I think what you are asking for is 'Protect' few cells from being overwritten while you should be able to edit the other cells...

If so check Protect Sheet Option(s) and choose the one you want...
