Ok, I am pulling data from a Microsoft List, and have Exported the data. What I need is to separate all of the information but it is coming in formatted in a way I have never seen. If you notice only the first row within the cell is being read. How can I change this so I can have all the information read and then I can work with it?

I hope this makes sense.
Thanks
Brown

If you change the height of the formula bar, you should be able to see all the data in the cell.

Thank you for that, I was unaware that was possible.
As you can see when I try to Text to Columns I am still not getting all of the information in the Data Preview window. Why is it only pulling the Name and Title?
I need to separate the address so I can drop it into a csv file and embed this into a GIS map.
Thanks

Brown,

Please Note: In the future, when marking a post as the solution, please mark the post that contains the solution (not your own post acknowledging that some other post was the solution).
When a post is marked as the solution, it is then shown right underneath the original question so people viewing the question can easily see the question and solution in a single quick glance without having to hunt through all the posts.

I have updated this thread for you.
