I am using PowerPivot Excel 2016 data cleaned in PQ

The data is formatted like this

Item Name Item 1 Start Item 1 Running Item 2 Start Item 2 Running
Widget 1 15 1.15 12 1.63
Widget 2 9 .79 6 .43
Widget 3 93 6.87 189 15.46

I want it formatted like this in a pivot table

Widget 1
Item 1 Start 15
Item 1 Running Time 1.15
Item 2 Start 12
Item 2 Running time 1.63
Widget 2
Item 1 Start 9
Item 1 Runtime .79
Item 2 Start 6
Item 2 Runtime .43

No clue how I need to accomplish that
