I've got a load of records, most are in Upper/Lower formatting i.e Coventry. I have recently taken a fair amount of data from another database and that is in uppercase i.e COVENTRY. This is across a number of fields. Is there a quick way of converting all the upper case entries into Upper/Lower formatting. Thanks in advance for any help. R

Hullo. One assumes that you wish this formatting to happen in a report or forum. Use the Proper(fieldname) method as appropriate.
