This is a re-post of a question that I initially posted in October that I wasn't able to get a solution on:

I have a spreadsheet that has multiple tabs. Each week I run a report and place it on the "CURRENT" tab and manually change the formatting in some of the cells in col b based on the name listed: Some of the cells are either highlighted yellow, green font or red font. There are also some cells that are highlighted yellow AND the font can be either red or green.

I created a separate tab called "FORMAT LIST". This tab contains a list of the names that I want to turn red, yellow, green or both on the "CURRENT" tab. On the "FORMAT LIST" tab, I have the the type of formatting that would apply to each name listed in col B from the "CURRENT" tab in it's own columns: Each column on the "FORMAT" tab contains a list of the names to which formatting should apply on the "CURRENT" tab

Col A: Cells that contain names in this list should be highlighted yellow
Col C: Cells that contain names in this list should have green font
Col E: Cells that contain names in this list should have red font

The names in each column can vary week to week (which I know I will have to manually update) and the number of rows on the "CURRENT" tab will also vary week to week.

I tried to do a conditional format but to make this work, but it doesn't see to be highlighting all of what I need? Also, I can't figure out how to incorporate the red and green font changes. Any help would be appreciated.
