Formatting and Controlling Grouping Labels in a Pivot Table?

Using Excel 2007, I have created a pivot table which counts the number of orders within $10,000 ranges (grouping). The column for my source data has currency formatting applied, but my pivot table shows the ranges as shown below. I would like to do two things: (1) apply currency formatting "$39,000 - $49,000" to the labels for the ranges and (2) I would like to specify the starting and ending numbers for the ranges (I.e. $39,000 - $49,000, etc.).

Any thoughts???
