Hi Guys,

My question is difficult to explain and I have just realised that I can't post attachments or images on the forum, is there any way around this, as without a sample spreadsheet I don't know if I can get my question across clearly

Okaaay, I take it that is what you were on about.

Anyway, my question:

In my sample spreadsheet, I have used the formula:

=IF($C3>=E$2,IF($C3<F$2,"Y",0),0)

in E3 and filled to I9, this along with the conditional formatting fills the cells that are defined by the 'Entry Time' ie C3 is 07:15, colouring E3 yellow etc.

What I would like to achieve is to have the yellow fill for all the cells defined from the 'Entry Time' to the 'Exit Time' so for 'Number' 1 the cells E3 to H3 would be filled.

Just for good measure, is it possible to have the 'Entry Time' and 'Exit Time' displayed in the relevant cells?

I hope that come across clear enough,

Phil.
