Can anyone help please. I have a large amount of data in excel 2013 and needs to be imported into another application, I am wanting the format to be set so that the information is displayed in a set format.

e.g.
MOTOR AGE 125 1500rmp 4Kw

In the text above the first word 'MOTOR' is 5 characters the 2nd word 'AGE' is 8 characters the 3rd word '125' is 12 chars long and so on. I want to be able to set them up as in example below per cell:

MOTOR AGE 125 1500rpm 4kW
MOTOR CROMPARK 1235432 1800rpm 10kW
MOTOR POPE IM2105 2000ropm 2.5kW

As you can see I am wanting the output to be as above so that I can import to another application.

Thanks
James
