hello , i have some numbers in my table that i want to show them in millions, but also i have numbers that below the million like thousand, i want the thousand one show with two decimal like 0.25 for 252.300 and for the millions without decimal like 20 for 20.555.0000
Thanks

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
and for the millions without decimal like 20 for 20.555.0000
Was that last number supposed to be 20.555.000?
If so, as millions with no decimal places wouldn't it be 21?

If so, try the custom format
[<1000000]0.00,,;0,,
