I have a query that makes a table. One field/column is all zeros, the other field/column has values with decimals. After making this table, I have a query that appends values to the field/column that was all zeros in the first query.

The problem is that all the values in this append query have the decimals cut off. I believe it is because the first make-table query does not put decimals after zero.

Is there any way to force this. I can make the decimals appear in the query, but they do not appear in the table that is made.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Are you sure that the decimals have been cut off?

Try changing the format of the problem field to show decimals.

Yes, they were cut off. The total of one column should equal the total of the other column. It doesn't because of the decimals difference.

Are you performing any calculation on the field?

In the new table does it have the same data type and format as in the original table?
