Why is the Format > Format Object - Greyed Out ?

I re-opened the Excel & the Format Object isn't greyed out anymore ?

The Col E is selected.

Or am I missing something ?

Format Cells and Format Object are different things. I'm not really sure why/how your menu showed Format Object in the first picture when you had cells selected.
