Good Evening....
I have a column with dollar amounts, as such, for example " $21.85. Any amount with a zero at the end will not show when I do a drop down list at data validation. For example...$18.50, will show as "18.5". I do not care about the $ sign, but I need that zero at the end. I have used a variety of combinations with no success. Any help, please.
Thank you.

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
...I failed to mention that this is not a problem in a new sheet. The workbook I am working with is a Macro Enabled, therefore...I think that is causing a conflict ???? I don't know.
