form to refresh data

hi everybody,

i have problem in refreshing data, i have a form where i input data, whenever i am opening the form, i get the prev. data in still displaying inthe feilds and only on refreshing the form it goes, can you people have any idea how to refresh the forms when loading it

You can refresh it upon loading the form by putting the following code in the "On Open" event of the form:

Private Sub Form_Open()

    Me.Refresh
    
End Sub

If you are only using the form for data entry then set its property for "Data Entry" to "Yes" in design view.
