Hi, I'm creating a Form with a Frame on a Text box and various controls on the Frame.

I clicked on one of these controls to get its Properties and the Frame+all controls disappeared. All I can get at now is the text box.
How can I restore/see the Frame+ controls again? It's as if they're all under the text box, but if I reduce it's size all I see is the Form

Thanks

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Can you still select the controls in the dropdown at the top of the Properties Window?

Yes, but only if I click the text box first.

It's like I need to select the Frame, but can't because the text box is covering it.

However I've just narrowed the text box and can see Frame & its Controls again now. But how do I keep the Frame on top (or the text box behind) ?

I'm sorry but I'm really not understanding the set up here.

Where exactly are the textbox, frame and the other controls located?

Is the textbox in the frame?

The textbox and Frame were almost the same size, the idea being the Frame sat inside the text box, so you could just see it's borders.
It worked pretty well and is an idea I ported over from Excel 2003 (to 2007).
It was just a visual thing and after the hassles I think I'll bin the Text box to avoid having the problem again. LOL nearly the whole day wasted !!

Could you not use the SpecialEffect property of the textbox to get the visual effect you want?

Ah, what a splendid idea that is ;) (You mean of the Frame)
I didn't know it had one!

Well I did actually mean the textbox, but if the frame works for you...:)
