I have a excel file that I use to give as a test for the students. If has 2 Sheets.

In Sheet 1 There is a MCQ, with 4 options, The Column A has the questions, followed by Column B-E with the 4 options and the Column F Has the right answer to that question and Column G uses the cell for the student's response with a drop down of the 4 options in the earlier cells. I have done a data validation so that the student can only choose between the 4 options
In and Column H, I have the marks, with the formula, if(G2=F2,+5,-2). this column I have kept hidden and I just unlock the sheet to get the marks for the students for that test:)

In Sheet 2, It is a self-assessment question set with a drop down ( through data validation). The sheet has the questions in Column A and the response cell in Column B, where the student gets a drop down Never, Rarely, Some times, Often, Always

Can I have a form so that the students when he selects next, gets the next question and the response is filled in the cells mentioned above

Need 2 different forms for the 2 different types of questions. Please help

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
