Hi all

I have been using activex catalog buttons in one of my excel tools, but suddenly it stop working for several users (including me) - weird is that it is still working for others. I have compared versions of Activex, Excel etc... but everything seems to be ok.

Because of that we decided to change the buttons from Activex to form, and they are working fine, however their config is a bit different and I am having a hard time to disable these buttons. If I use the enabled = true/false, it will work but visually the buttons keep unchanged which will difficult the user's life. Can somebody please help?

If you click on the orange bar at the top of this page which mentions Forms Control Buttons Not Working, it will take you to an article that explains why your Active-X buttons don't work and what you can do about it. Regarding disabling the controls, the attributes of the Forms Control command buttons do not allow the disabling in the same manner as the Active-X controls.
