can I make a form to apear at startup, even before the user give permission to work with macros

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
No. You need macros to display the form

Alternative is to force user to enable macros, or use activeX controls on a worksheet (they wont work with macros disabled though)

I want a FORM because I can show it also when the window is not visible
what is your idea about forcing the user to enable macro?
