Forgot how to run through a macro

Hello,
this is really embarrassing but I used to work with macro's alot but I forgot quite a few things. I simply want to run through a macro like I posted step by step but forgot how?

Just press F8 or Debug->Step into

pressing f8 causes the screen display center box to open?

You probably need to ensure you have function lock on or press and hold another key while you press F8. Normally F keys are repurposed to other things on modern keyboards - for example F8 on my keyboard sends mail.
