Hey Experts,

I'm sure you'll nail this super quick but basically, I'm trying to forecast what's needed by week to achieve a set goal. I'm wanting my team to input their forecast then the future week's volumes will change to then deliver the monthly targets for the remainder of the year

So from the picture I'm wanting the team to enter what they will achieve week ending the 4th.... then for the future weeks, I'm looking for a formula to go right 5000 TGT -MTD then distribute TGT amount for the remaining month and so on.

Hope this make sense

Cheers
Steve
