Hi,
What is the forecast formula equivalent in powerpivot. I have have created seasonal indices, and also deseasonalized my data. I need to create a measure to forecast the values based on the seasonal indices and deseasonalized data.
My Measures:
Seasonal_Index: CALCULATE(if(HASONEVALUE(Dates[Month]),[Seasonal_Value]/CALCULATE([Seasonal_Value],all(Dates[Month])),blank()))
Deseasonalization: =CALCULATE(SUM(Fact_Tran[Value]),FILTER(ALL(Dates[Year]),Dates[Year]<MAX(Dates[Year])))/[Seasonal_Index]
Any idea how i could forecast values for a give month using the above two measures. In regular excel i could have used FORECAST.
Regards,
Renato.
