Hi,

Can't quite work out the code i need to change values in a selection:

I.e.

Code:
Sub SelTest()

For Each cell In Selection

.Value = "'" & .Value

Next

End Sub

I fall down in the "cell" part. :unsure:

Help much appreciated.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hi,

Try:
Code:
Sub SelTest()

Dim c as Range

For Each c In Selection
    c = "'" & c.Value
Next c

End Sub

HTH
Jon :)
