Is there a way to have a footer so when I print it will tell me the totals for:

a) the sum of the data per column of the current page
b) the totals of the data per column of the pages prior to the current one
c) the sum of the previous 2 cells

you could use a before_print macro event, i use this to populate a footer, you can use right, left and center footers, grab the bits you need and adjust accordingly, this macro also sets the margins as well if you dont need then delete the unused lines

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
Dim ws As Worksheet
Dim c1 As String
Dim c2 As String
c1 = "Director J Ward "
c2 = "Registered In Scotland No nnnnnnnn, Vat Registration No nnn nnnnn nn"

With ActiveSheet.PageSetup

    .LeftFooter = ""
    .CenterFooter = c1 & c2
    .RightFooter = ""
    .TopMargin = 0.5
    .BottomMargin = 0.5
    .LeftMargin = 0.5
    .RightMargin = 0.5
End With
End Sub
