I have started a football ladder prediction competition. In it, the tippers have to predict the correct order that the 18 teams will finish in.
It works on a points system where a tipper gets one point for every place they are off the correct position.
e.g. If a Tipper predicts Sydney to finish 1st and they finish 1st the tipper gets 0 points. If Sydney finish second, 1 point. Third, 2 points etc.
This is done for every team on the 18-team ladder. The winner is the tipper with the least amount of points.
I have attempted to make an excel spreadsheet so that each tippers points can be calculated quickly but it is beyond my abilities. Does any one have any advice or have a spreadsheet already in place?
