Font?????

ok this isn't a program specific question but I thought one of you would know.

My computer has Arial bold font in it's font folder. But Word or Excel for that matter don't list it. I have this problem with several fonts.
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
