If I change the font size/style in cell A1, how can I get Excel to automatically change cell B1 to match? The same would go for cell color, font color, sizing, etc.

I am trying to create a master form in Excel where I can just change the master document (probably tab1) and have those changes effect the other forms in tabs 2, 3, etc.

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Use styles. If you modify a style, all cells that use that style will pick up the changes you make.

I'm not very familiar with Styles. Playing around with it, I took all four tabs and selected the 'Normal' style, but when I changed the font in tab1 nothing else changed.

You need to change the font of the style, not a particular cell.

No I need to change specific cells. I believe what you are saying is that I would have to have a custom Style for each individual cell I want to modify right?

For each set of cells that you want to reflect each other, yes.
