Please can you help, I had a Access program written for me at work which I am now trying to use:-

The problem seems to be the following formula:-

Forecast_Accuracy: Avg(IIf([AvgPeriodUsg]>=[Forecast],1-(Abs([Forecast]-[AvgPeriodUsg])/[AvgPeriodUsg]),1-(Abs([Forecast]-[AvgPeriodUsg])/[Forecast])))

If AvgPeriodUsg = zero this seems to throw up a problem, can I get round this within the formula.

Cheers DD

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
The formula looks ok as long as [forecast] cannot be a negative value. Could [AvePeriodUsg] be a null value rather than zero?
