Hi,

I will try to explain the best I can.

I have built a form and a report for our Call Centre team.

Each CC worker has random calls monitored by a Team Leader.

A form is filled in and saved to a folder in the Team Leader Team folder.

I have a report that all CC workers can use to view there own scores.

This report needs to pull the scores data (via a macro) from the forms in the TL folder.

It currently doesn't work, as CC workers don't have permission to access the Team Leader Team folder.

The permissions need to stay this way so that CC workers cannot look at each others scores.

I also cannot password protect the folder, due to IT admin restrictions.

Other than hiding the folder, can anyone think of another way of getting access, but making it still secure?

Thanks

Rick
