I'd like a spin button that is accessible no matter what spreadsheet (tab) I'm in. The button will be used to match columns of data with another column of data. The reason I'm trying to do this is because I cannot seem to find out how to match two columns of data... I need to match data with similar words and not exact matches. I believe I can do it using one cell at a time, but not the entire columns at once.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
I'm using Excel 2013 on Windows 7.

Data includes a lists of names in different formats. One column for example, contains cells that contain employee's shift number, a category, first name and last name... I want to match it with another column that contains first name, last name, or last name, first name. Then, I want to highlight cells that have a matching set of names, if not leave as is.
