fixed header row

hi , i have a simple que but not sure if this is possible in excel. Is there any way i can make the 1st one row or first 'n' rows fixed as header ? i mean if i do page down the header row shold be displayed on the 2nd pg or 'nth' pg too. please let me know if this is possible in excel..i think it shld be , but don't know how ? thanks a lot, San

I'm not 100% sure what you want but in Excel you could try Window>Freeze Panes.
