fix my index match please

S14 has formula =INDEX(CTC!$C$57:$Y$71,MATCH(S$13,CTC!$E$57:$Y$57,0),MATCH($E14,CTC!$C$58:$C$71,0))

I want it to return the value 21,348 from cell E58 but I have messed up somehow, can you help please
