First letter of first word in each sentence in upper case

Dear all,

Each cell in range C3:C12 contains various number of sentences in lower cases by mistake. E.g C3 contains 14 sentences, C4 contains 23 sentences etc. I need a formula/VBA code or any other method that will convert first letter of each word in every sentence in the range to upper case. Is there any way to accomplish this without using text to columns feature in data tab?

But it converts all the words of sentences into upper case while I want only the first words to be in upper case.
