Finding words in a database

Hey! Quick question:

So if cells A2:E20 contain singular words, and these words could appear anywhere and multiple times in the database (A23:CC5000) what formula should I use to return a whole row from the databse if it contains a word from A2:E20?

For example of C6 has "Peter" and the database contains Peter in Cells M37, U78 and D654 then how should I cop those onto another worksheet to the same rows (Row 37, 78 and 654)?
Of course Peter is not going to be the only words because there are a lot in A2:E20. We are going to write different words into A2:E20 and the columns and data changes all the time.
