Finding top ten records for each Name

I'm trying to find the top ten records for the data set below. I want to write a query in Access that can be reused. Ideas?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
