Finding top 3 products with highest sales and specific criteria

Hi All,
I would like to return top 3 products with highest sales in specified region and weight.
Eg: Result in North region and product with weight 1kg

Here are the data

Must be Apple, Carrot, Lime? Lime is 143 which is more than Orange??
