Finding the lowest value from various cells

I have 20 values in a column and want to find the lowest value of 10 certain cells and the lowest value of 10 other certain cells. From the below table I need to find the lowest of the ones bolded in red (there are 2 lowest) and then the lowest of other 10 cells and put and X in column B Thank you, James

Why isn't the 34 in A19 also equal lowest with the other two bold red 34 values?
