Finding the dates a person has visited the place , in a table

Hello , im kind of stuck , I want to find the dates or the numbers of visits of a person
In sheet 1 "B2" I can put the name of the person registered , and then in "F3" and downwards it shows me the dates the person was visited , or the number of visits (lets say visit 1 , 2, or 3)
In sheet 2 , its the table where I get my data saved

Thank you ! However it shows me the sum of the visits , so when Charlie visits again and its his 3rd visit it will show 5
Is there anyway that it just shows me in a dropdown list or the last visit ? so I know how many times he has visited?
