Finding Text and Dates in strings

Hi guys,

I'm really quite puzzled on how to extract meaningful information out of a cell. Basically I have a long text string with text, numbers, dates and times in.

I need to be able to extract points of interest to me such as when did the issue get reassigned to a particular team (12/2/10 11:12 to ICT Facilities Management then it went to 13/02/2010 11:17 Enterprise Management).

For example:

S Stradling: Reassigned to team: ICT Facilities Management

I understand I may need to use a combination of LEN FIND and MID but Im having no success. Please please help!
