Not an advanced Excel user at all, but trying to figure some things out.

Was hoping to get some advice on my situation and hopefully come up with a solution.

I have a Column that holds phone numbers in the their traditional format, (123) 456-7890 and receive a CSV report of these phone numbers in their inline format, 1234567890. I want to compare these 2 and search for duplicates and then change the text color from default BLACK to GREEN. The phone numbers are all in one cell separated by commas, I should add.

I know I can use CF to search for duplicated, but am lost on how to tell it or something else to change the text color.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
In Conditional Formatting, when you click on Format, click on the Font Tab and under Color, select your color
