Finding a dynamic range dependant on column next door

So once again i turn to you guys to join the dots
I know what i need to do but don't know how to get there
In my lab we use 7 digit number for the specimens The number of which can vary for 3 to 96

i need to able to calculate the avg ,standard dev and CV (result)
for just the lab numbers, I'm not bothered about the controls at the bottom
i know i need a dynamic range but how do i just include the results of 7 digit lab number and ignore anything alpha
